DAO Model Law COALA Workshop

The COALA DAO Model Law workshop was aimed at improving the COALA DAO Model Law, a legal framework tailored to the specific features and needs of DAOs. The agenda included an introductory session on the model law, followed by breakout groups and plenary discussion.

The plenary discussion included restitution of each group’s findings and a discussion of potential key recommendations and next steps for the adoption strategy. The workshop aimed to collect feedback on improving the COALA DAO Model Law and brainstorm ways to revise it.
